Hearn Stage Kress Theatre
The Hearn Stage is an intimate blackbox theater located on the ground floor of the Rapides Foundation Building (Formerly the Kress Five and Dime Store). The lobby is located at the corner of Fourth and Johnston Streets. This venue is designed with an open floorplan allowing the possibility for users to configure the space for their event. This flexibility makes the Hearn a great choice for meetings as well as performances.
Currently, The Hearn Stage is the home of both City Park Players and Spectral Sisters Productions.

Frye Nonprofit Development Center
Centrally located in downtown Alexandria, the Frye Nonprofit Development Center meeting and rehearsal rooms are located on second floor of the Rapides Foundation Building at 1101 4th Street. Three different classrooms are available for rent. Available classrooms can seat an average of 75-100 people. Available for daily, half-day, and hourly rates. We provide very reasonable prices for both nonprofit and for profit groups. Tables and chairs are available at your request.
